RAISING THE STANDARD

At this special event, we will officially launch the BMPAN Standard — a framework designed to help organisations move from intention to meaningful action in creating workplaces where Black professionals can enter, progress, lead and thrive.

Through conversations with professionals at different stages of their careers and leaders from across the industry, we'll explore the core areas of the Standard and what good practice looks like in reality.

We'll also recognise members of our community who are already demonstrating the leadership, excellence and commitment to others that we want to see across our industry.
